Vered Kogan is a professional Executive & Career Coach, certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her goal is to help individuals discover and create fulfilling work that will deliver professional satisfaction and personal happiness.
Vered is the Founder of Vered Kogan Coaching LLC, a boutique coaching practice, and also provides coaching services at Lee Hecht Harrison, the world’s leading outplacement firm. She is an Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC), Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC), and has received numerous other accreditations in the fields of coaching, leadership development, and assessment tools.
She began her career as a Civil Engineer and, after receiving her Masters in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant. She received her Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management in 2005 and her professional coaching credential in 2011. She currently lives in Arizona with her husband and three daughters.

Hadas Ron-Zarki, life coach and author, is a native Israeli. She served as First Lieutenant in Israel’s Defense Forces. After completing a dual Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Mass Communication from Bar Ilan University, Hadas continued her education to receive a Business & Life coaching diploma and a Group Moderator certificate.
Hadas specializes in coaching children, adults, and groups seeking guidance and support to initiate change. She uses creative, experiential, motivational, strength-focused problem-solving methods, and mindfulness. She has provided coaching services to individuals and families at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the Bureau of Jewish Education of Greater Phoenix, as well as within her private practice.
Hadas authored her first novel in 2012 and is currently studying toward her Masters and licensure in professional counseling with a specialty in trauma. Hadas lives in Paradise Valley, AZ, with her husband and son. Her older son is a freshman at UCLA.
