Why Congregation Beth Tefillah
Congregation Beth Tefillah is warm and friendly. Friendships span across all age groups and backgrounds. The community strikes a beautiful balance of being "live and let live," while creating tons of opportunity for engagement and growth. Membership grows year after year, and all demographics are represented, from young professionals, families with young children, empty nesters, seniors, and single people of all ages. Our beautiful building is a community focal point, filled with constant lifecycle events and celebrations. CBT is a very welcoming place, where people of all backgrounds and practice feel comfortable and at home.

Housing
If you would like to be able to walk to CBT on Shabbat year round we recommend looking for a home within 0.5 miles to make it easy. If you're up for a little more of a challenge in the summer months, you can also a consider a home in the 0.5 - 1.0 mile range.
Apartments
There are many affordable apartments with nice amenities within walking distance of our location. on Shea Blvd.
