Yahrzeit

Congregation Beth Tefillah is  taking steps to have our beautiful new Yahrzeit wall built and put on display in our lobby.  All of the names displayed on our current Yahrzeit board will be transferred to the new format.  No additional steps are necessary.

We welcome our congregation to fill out the form below for any new additions to the new Yahrzeit wall.  The format cannot be changed from the form below due to the plaque and print sizing.

You may have a maximum of 22 characters ( including spaces) per line.

Donations per plaque are $613.
