Keren Shaham

A devoted student of asana, meditation, the study of Kashmir Shaivism, and other practices, Keren finds rootedness in her yoga experiences. Expressing profound gratitude to all her teachers along the way of a 20 year journey, her experience has been continuous observation and transformation in the Self. Her teachings stem from her practice of relating to the Highest first, listening, and practicing attention, in order to truly be present in each moment, and offer her brightest - to family, peers, students, and herself. During extensive travel to complete numerous Immersions, Intensives, Satsangs, Teacher Trainings, and Retreats, she was inspired to teach the messages she has so graciously received and continues to embody each day. Her invitation to her students is bring your physical body to a class and let your spiritual body begin the process of healing - no matter your level or experience. Her classes are heart opening and alignment based, taking care to inspire you to give deep attention to yourself, in the moment, without judgement, so that you can continue your day with a new experience and a shifted perspective.
